This beautiful ceramic plate was handmade by Rock Paper Poison, a Canadian artist Bethany Scott. She creates her ceramics using the wheel thrown method, Bethany inherited his love of ceramics and it led her to pursue a degree in Art History at McGill University followed by a degree in Fine Art at Emily Carr University.
Growing up on Manitoulin Island, my work is inspired by the beauty of the Canadian wilderness. My designs are often influenced by other art forms such as illustration, textile pattern and storytelling.
My aim is to create one of a kind pieces that will find their way into your heart and home, connecting you with the joy of everyday objects.
There is a small chip of the edge of the plate.
